  I was watching the 'Queen's Gambit' and there was this particular piece of dialogue that struck me. As soon as I heard that sentence I thought Edna Mode! This is definitely something that she would say, perhaps at a fashion show, perhaps the fashion show where she realized she wasn't meant to work with models, she was meant to work with GODS! Now it's time to rig and cut-out animate this lip-sync  

I had the pleasure of working for the Ross Bollinger's Animation Studio 'PENCILMATION' as a Lead Animator for the episode 'Dismay to Display' (the first 2':45" of the  YouTube  video) It was a wonderful experience and a lot of work! I'm very proud of myself for being able to animate a WHOLE episode under every aspect, not just character animation, but props, camera and visual effects too. Because there is no  dialogue, every emotion and intention needed to be conveyed by the animation itself, and what I enjoyed the most was the freedom direction gave me to interpret the animatic, allowing me to put some of my ideas, on how Pencilmate should go from A to B, into the finished product!    I hope you enjoy 'Dismay to Display' as much as I enjoyed making it!
